Some conspiracy sites claim that this is a fake picture. This is not fake. The conspiracy sites incorrectly interpret the ELA results. As described in the tutorial, ELA indicates that this is a resave. Specifically, this picture comes from Facebook. Facebook automatically resaves all uploaded pictures at a low quality.
